How to make a complaint
We hope that you do not have cause to complain about our services. However, if you do, we will resolve your complaint within 28 days.
To make a complaint you can write to us at our address (shown at the bottom of this page). Alternatively please use the contact form (below) to send us your complaint.
Please note that making a complaint is not the same as Lodging an Appeal. See below for more information about Appeals.
Please note that we cannot accept complaints by phone for legal reasons.
How to Appeal a PCN
You have the option to appeal against the charge you have received. If you wish to pursue an Appeal please click Submit Appeal.
